I placed metal parts on a fixture securely clamping them down and tack welding the material. Then removing it out of the fixture I solid welded the material and stacked the parts on a pallet. Cleaned and swept my work area.

I placed metal parts on a fixture clamping them down. Afterwards, pressed a start button for Robot to begin welding together a rack for a John Deere Gator Vehicle. I walked to the opposite side and did the same thing. Once the robot stopped welding I removed the rack out of the fixture using a crane placing it securely on a fixture. During this time I would check each weld for quality. Changed tips on robotic welders, cleaned fixture and swept my work area.
Hot Stamp Operator, GNS Canton, Michigan 07/2023-03/2024
Automotive company that makes car parts for General Motors & Tesla. I used a computer for work to record production and keep count of my daily objective & goals. Metal car parts were placed in a furnace and heated by robotic operations. Removed by robots the parts were placed on a die for hot stamping. Once cooled, with implementing safety measures, with use of gloves I removed the parts from a conveyor into a bin. Once the bin was full a forklift driver removed it then brought another one.
