Started with the company as a warehouse worker and advanced to fill the position of Lift Truck operator, Selection Trainer, Senior Trainer and for 5 years as a Warehouse Supervisor. I also temporarily assumed additional duties and served as Training Coordinator while supervising a team of employees during most of 2000. Other duties worked in the banana room ripening bananas for shipment to Kroger Stores. Worked in a multi-culture union environment where basic Spanish used to communicate with many employees up to 400. Directly supervised a team of 15 to 60 employees as well as managed daily assigned areas that include floor production, shipping, receiving and area sanitation.
