Generated a webservices jar that contains classes to access it from a given WSDL for complex financial healthcare structures, HIPAA 276/277 countrywide standard.

Developed GUIs to create water distribution models from user-inputs of raw datasets available in ESRI shapefile format.

The GUIs processes the data to correct topological and attribute errors or input missing data using user-directed correction steps or internal inference approaches. The output of the processing is a set of standardized shapefiles (geo databases) that are exported to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) EPANET 2.0 recognizable format using a file translator developed in VBA.

Remodeled the GUIs from VBA to VB.Net and built dynamic link libraries (dlls) to specifically fit into the main ArcWISE toolbar of the LANL application.

Optimized the GUIs with increased code efficiency across its different versions and hence, reduced its total processing time.
