• Assisted in the development, roll-out and continuous updates on an alteration scheduling application, allowing 50% more products to be altered within a 1 month trial period. As well as, increasing alteration sales by $40,000 in a trial store.

• Migrated and validated an over 1,000,000 product inventory from a self hosted postgres database to a MariaDB cloud instance, creating a back out plan and ensuring data resilience. This allowed for 30% quicker API calls.

• Ran audits and committed fixes to the company’s online channel to increase SEO ranking by increasing lighthouse score by 17%.
