Initially organized the company’s documentation management process in compliance with recordkeeping regulations, audit purposes, and organize the overall workflow and productivity of the company towards good manufacturing practice.

R & D Engineer

Responsible for the release of Vante’s (4160 tube sealer) New product development project, from Assembly, Process/assembly Documentation, Pre-testing and pre-validation procedures, and Performance feature validation.

Initial two-months of my term I was able to prepare two (2) beta units for a customer, and three (3) for R& D purposes which two of these units were submitted for standard compliance testing.

As of July 2015, I am supporting the above project’s pre-production run to substantiate all the documentation needed for the initial release to production are all in place.

When needed, supported production for any manufacturing/assembly related issues they may have, including support of retrofit assembly from design to implementation and documentation of all existing Vante/SEBRA products which some its parts are about to be obsoleted.

I also initiate or create requests for engineering changes to the process or documentation in resolving issues encountered in the production area, from our suppliers or RMA from customers.

I assist in reviewing engineering concepts, also making recommendations about the feasibility, manufacturability, and production costs.
