SPECIFICATIONS, AND CODE REQUIREMENTS.

ANY NON-COMPLIANT WORK SHALL BE REMOVED

AND REPLACED AT THE CONTRACTOR'S OWN

COST.

(5) CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

THE PROTECTION OF ALL EXISTING AND NEW

BUILDING COMPONENTS, FINISHES, AND

MATERIALS WITHIN THE CONSTRUCTION AREA.

DAMAGE WILL BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED TO

THE SATISFACTION OF THE OWNER AT THE

CONTRACTOR'S COST.

(6) CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

OBTAINING ALL PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS FOR

CONSTRUCTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO

BUILDING/DEMOLITION, FIRE, PLUMBING,

SPRINKLER, MECHANICAL, AND ELECTRICAL

PERMITS. CONTRACTOR TO PAY FOR ALL

APPLICABLE FEES. CONTRACTOR TO OBTAIN

SIGN-OFFS FROM THE AUTHORITIES HAVING

JURISDICTION AS REQUIRED BY CODE.

(7) CONTRACTOR SHALL CONFIRM THAT

BUILDING OPENING CLEARANCES ARE

SUFFICIENT FOR DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

OF WORK.

(8) CONTRACTOR SHALL HAVE SOLE

RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURIES

CAUSED BY OR DURING THE EXECUTION OF THE

WORK. SAFETY, MEANS, AND METHODS IS THE

SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR.

(9) CONTRACTOR TO PROTECT ALL PUBLIC

SPACES DURING CONSTRUCTION AND

DEMOLTION WHEN DELIVERING MATERIALS AND

EQUIPMENT AND REMOVING REFUSE, RUBBISH,

AND REQUIPMENT.

(10) THE CONSTRUCTION AREA PREMISES MUST

BE MAINTAINED IN A NEAT AND ORDERLY

CONDITION AND BE KEPT FREE FROM

ACCUMULATION OF DUST AND DEBRIS DURING
