I worked with adults and children during my time at the Children’s Museum, I have great experience working in stations and I have excellent people skills. I worked as an attendant in the country club’s kids club where they keep the kids and pre-teens while the parents work out and enjoy their time at the club. I handled reservations and talked to people over the phone and worked on Excel when making reservations.

I worked as a cashier and server and Expo person (someone who handles delivery/take out/ to-go orders). I have hosted guests and showed them new seasonal items on the menu. I would check on them and make sure their food is up to standards and they are satisfied. After the store closed, I would do my cleaning duties and mopped the floor, the drink machines and ice cream machine and stocked up the store for the next day.

I focused on recovery in between the clothing aisles, helped maintain the store’s image and keep the store clean. I sized the clothes and made sure they were all garment cared. I also did running in the store (putting the clothes back from the fitting room onto the sales floor). I was also on the register from time to time and I would be handling the sales and
returns/exchanges. I’ve also handled phone calls regarding customers’ orders and when they will be expecting it and i’ve handled customer service calls as well. I’ve dealt with all types of customers and orders.
