Experience:

My first professional job experience was when I attended the First Jobs Academy when I was 15 years old, The First Jobs Academy is a school that prepares you to go out and find a job. But the main point of this school was to teach you technical skills that will better equip you in life. Skills include being on time, showing excellence in your work, and keeping long-time employment. I have an outstanding work ethic and I am a very skilled leader. I know how to get around tough tasks and with excellent decision-making skills as well as leading by example. I believe in bettering any company I work for through hard work and repetition, and also completing any task given with precision. The work environment is key because I believe that

nothing can get done with a group of people who do not share the same understanding and work ethics. I give my all every day I show up for work, and I want to make today better than yesterday. Being part of a team that is progressive is what sparks my motivation, as well as having the opportunity to work hard and level up in position and skills. Being part of a team that is valued is rare, but when you find that team, the quality work work and production numbers increase. Skills/Hobby:

lead operator/Trainer:

As a lead operator I was in charge of 8 employees working under me, the first thing I did was to do a walk-through around the machine and make sure there were no old parts from different a production order complete a checklist on the SOP and sign up. after that I had all the employees working on my line sign the paperwork as well stating that they were working on this run for traceability proposes. I also have 3 QA techs who also have to sign the paper work after making sure all the correct parts are present for the current run. After everything had been verified, a team lead or supervisor signed the paperwork in order for me to start the run. While running, I logged any issues that I had with the machines on a computer that tracked the machine’s production process and downtime. As the top operator, I operated machines that only maintenance operated. It took 5 maintenance techs to operate this machine, so my supervisor asked if I was up for a challenge. I love challenges, so he told me he needed that machine running and doing numbers and I had 2 months to do so. 2 weeks later maintenance was no longer at the machine and I was doing 58,000 units per 8 hr shift. I don't believe in talking the talk, I rather walk the walk.

Automation Engineering 5+ Years: Programming, coding, performance Analytics.

Adecco Staffing: Quantum Global Clean] 2019-2020

Skills/Operation] Lead Quality Assurance Technician, Make sure only good parts go out and no failure in the process by following the SOP Guidelines. I handled parts that were anywhere from 5,000 to $100,000. Special parts like ultra-high purity semiconductor chamber parts for cleaning and coatings. Minimally abrasive & non-contact processes susceptible to process etch. As the QA, my job was to make sure that no damage was caused on our end and that the quality of the part was much greater than how it was received logging the process of the products and writing a Non-Conformance report. When a Non-Conformance is identified, a Non- Conformance Report is created. Non-conformances occur when a product, service, or procedure does not meet the initial quality regulations or requirements defined by the standards set. They can appear in any department of your organization, including activities, operations, processes, and production, also known as a Non-Conformity Report or NCR.

Texas Instruments :

I was contracted with this company, one of the country's leading semiconductor producers. Through this company, I learned the process of GMP cleanroom requirements for grade A, B, C, and D facilities and how to maintain the environment. I also learned about semiconductor chips and their function in the everyday world. These chips are typically made from thin slices of silicon with complex components laid out on them in specific patterns. These patterns control the flow of current using electrical switches – called transistors – in much the same way you control the electrical current by flipping a switch to turn on a light.

Semiconductors are how electronic devices process, store, and receive information. For instance, memory chips store data and software as binary code, digital chips manipulate the data based on the software instructions, and wireless chips receive data from high-frequency radio transmitters and convert them into electrical signals. These different chips work together under the control of software. Different software applications perform very different tasks, but they all work by switching the transistors that control the current. There are different processes in which the chips are produced and different type of types of equipment, and I was exposed to those processes and types of equipment. When it comes to this field I believe my problem-solving skills are heightened because I am very motivated to learn more and better equip my knowledge and skills.

Nichols Portland; 09/17 – 05/18

Skills/Operation]Lead Machine Operator in the Heat Treat Department). TEMPERING: is a method of heat treating used to increase the resilience of iron-based alloys like steel. Iron-based metals are often too brittle to be useful for most purposes. Tempering can change the hardness, ductility, and strength of metal, which usually makes it easier to machine. The metal will be heated to a temperature below the critical point as lower temperatures reduce brittleness while maintaining hardness.

NORMALIZING

Normalizing is an annealing process for steel where it is heated 150-200 F higher than in annealing and held at the critical temperature long enough for the transformation to occur. Steel treated in this way must be air-cooled. The heat treatment in normalization causes smaller austenitic grains, while air cooling produces more refined ferritic grains. This process improves the machinability, ductility, and strength of the steel. Standardization is also useful to remove columnar grains and dendritic segregation that can occur during the casting of a part.

CASE HARDENING

In the process of case hardening, the external layer of metal is hardened while the interior metal remains soft. For metals with a low carbon content such as iron and steel, additional carbon has to be infused into the surface. Case hardening is a process often used as a final step after the piece has already been machined. High heat is used in combination with other elements and chemicals to produce a hardened outer layer. Because hardening can make metals more brittle, case hardening can be useful for applications that require a flexible metal with a durable wear layer. Sea Dog’s brew: 08/16 – 01/17
