Led the team processing over 9,000 candidates annually from offer letter to the first day of employment, implemented, updated, and trained on two new platforms. Updated platform integrations with Workday. Gained efficiencies and reduced headcount with the launch of Service Now, a digital workflow platform integrated with Workday, which replaced dozens of manual processes.
●Reduced time to hire by 7 days for over 9,000 hires with the launch of First Advantage, an automated background processing platform integrated with Workday, which replaced completely manual processes. Regularly fine-tune processes and adjudication matrix further to enhance criminal, motor vehicle, and drug screening efficiencies.
●Trained team and over 2000 hiring managers and HR Business Partners on the new platforms, which now covers all pre-employment steps, wireless, hardware, system-wide accesses, application software, start-day tasks, audit function, and introduction to benefits, with checklists and tasks sent to all parties involved. A constant stream of date/time-stamped communication is readily available on all individual cases.
