Maintain and repair machinery and mechanical equipment, such as motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment
Routine planned maintenance on the Mixers, Extruders, Continuous oven, corrugated box formers/sealers and other finishing machines
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting including 480-volt 3 phase, 24-volt DC, pneumatics and hydraulics
Motors, contactors, Frequency Drives [also called inverters or VFD's] 24-volt DC electrical components such as relays, solenoids, switches and push buttons
Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic components as in cylinders, solenoids, flow controls and accumulators.
Record maintenance, problems, and repairs in log system
Manufacturing capabilities including Mig, Stick and acetylene cutting and welding
Minimal Carpentry Skills
Complete moderately complex project assignments, such as equipment/process improvement
Facility lighting - interior and exterior

30+ years of experience and an excellent working knowledge of electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems and equipment
30+ years of experience supporting machine controls and automation
Ability to read and interpret documents such as maintenance manuals, engineering blueprints, and electrical schematics
Carpentry Skills
Highly skilled in the use of a wide array of hand tools and power tools
Capable of working in a self-directed manner and able to meet deadlines
Possess excellent communication and listening skills
Prior oversight and supervision of Maintenance team personnel
Possess robust logic and problem-solving skills paying close attention to detail
Knowledgeable of general safety and as it relates to maintenance functions
Forklift and Forklift Training Certification
