Roles and Responsibilities:

Worked as a part of both development and support team

Led the team in the absence of Senior Associates since i had been treated as a Secondary SLA owner role.

Mentored the team by providing technical inputs and imparting business knowledge to new team members and involved in support handover Knowledge Transition to facilitate transition.

Maintained the ticket closure within Service Level Agreement for each category tickets to avoid its breach in order to maintain a good relationship with the Client.

DB2/400: Extensive used of SQL query with stored procedures along with different files structures in both interactive as well as batch environments.

Extensive use of service program, binder language, procedures $& sub procedures with different calls prototype. With the Oracle Access Manager for AS/400, you don't need to code to a proprietary API. Instead, AS/400 applications can interface seamlessly to Oracle using ANSI standard SQL as well as Oracle extensions. PL/SQL is also supported, allowing you to call remote Oracle stored procedures from your AS/400 applications. AAIL basically has a maintenance project for their daily customers’ retail transactions.

• HLL used: RPG/400, CL/400. Daily reports were going to be handled like simple reports, complex report, Adhoc report for both Domestic and International passengers. Every day the records were going to be updated by means of DB2/400.
