Responsible for Hiring, training, development, directing and management of staff which includes Histoechnologists, histotecs, Medical office assistant, and quality control staff effectively.
Built brand new Dermatopathology lab from buying the equipment’s, hiring new employees to final CAP and CLIA certification.
Coordinate between Histotechnologists, MOAs and Pathologist to make sure that the pathologist gets slides in timely fashion and consults are returned in time.
Direct the workflow in the Dermatology lab, accessioning and Pathology sections of the program to assure effective integration of the components.
