It is with pleasure that MAGNUM SECURITY SERVICES LLC, extends the offer of employment to you, the details of which are outlined below:

Your employment with MAGNUM SECURITY SERVICES LLC, is subject to obtaining satisfactory Police clearance, medical fitness and reference and confirmation of qualification. 1. Contract.

The employment contract with MAGNUM SECURITY SERVICES LLC, is valid for 2 years from the date of joining. During this period if the employee/employer wishes to discontinue the agreement, he/she has to give one month notice. In the event of termination during such probationary period, you will not be entitled to receiving any compensation payment and will have to bear the expenses of repatriation borne by the employer. If the employee decides to terminate the agreement, he/she will be liable to bear all the expenses incurred by the employer on the employee’s repatriation employee training and development. Renewal of contract will be based on the appraisals and the management’s decision. 2. Probation.

You will be appointed under probation for a period of three calendar months from the date of joining during which the company may terminate your employment at any time without notice and without assigning any reason for such termination. The employee accepts the obligation to pay back the employer (MAGNUM SECURITY SERVICES LLC,) the total amount of AED.1300 for the remaining period of the contract in the case he/she wishes to resign. Confirmation is solely on the decision of the management.

3. Remuneration

Your remuneration package per month is structured as follows: BASIC SALARY

FOOD ALLOWANCE

AED 2600 PER MONTH

AED 300

ACCOMODATION COMPANY PROVIDED

TRANSPORTATION COMPANY PROVIDED

You will be paid a fixed allowance of AED 230/- for additional four hours and beyond that you will be paid overtime as per DUBAI Labor Law.Salary includes indemnity for each year of service completed with the organization.

3. GOSI

In terms of Labor Law &Social Insurance Law, MAGNUM SECURITY SERVICES LLC, will pay to the General Organization for Social Insurance a contribution equals to 4% for non-DUBAI. All other terms and conditions are as per the Labor Law in the UAE DUBAI. 4. Working Hours

You are required to work either in 12 hours shift six days per week.Weekly off will be decided by your Operation Officer.You will be paid overtime if you work beyond 12 hours and on holidays as per DUBAI Labor Laws.

5. Annual Leave

You are entitled for 60 days leave with pay after the completion of 2 years of contract. Encashment of leave pay will be on the basic salary. In case of emergency leave you will be required to deposit AED.1304/- as Security Guarantee and will be returned on rejoining the duty. 6. Ticket

One economy ticket will be provided to you once every two year to the country of origin.If the Management decides to continue with your services you will be provided with a return ticket. 7. Changes to Terms & Condition

The organization reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions detailed in this contract as and when appropriate.Such changes will be reasonable in nature and will be agreed upon in writing by yourself and the organization.

8. Confidentiality

All information with regards to the company cliental policy, employee policy, classified information regarding our principals, customers, pricing and special information regarding projects etc is the sole property of MAGNUM SECURITY SERVICES LLC,. This information is confidential and is legally privileged. Hence any such information that has been generated, processed or used by you with regards to one or all of the above will be treated as a company property. It will be your sole responsibility to take necessary action to safe guard this information during your service period and handover the same at the time completion/termination of your job contract with MAGNUM SECURITY SERVICES LLC,. Any unauthorized disclosure, copying reproduction, distribution, or other dissemination or use of this information during or after the period of your service with MAGNUM SECURITY SERVICES LLC,, is strictly prohibited and calls for legal action.

9. Acceptance

We will be pleased to clarify any aspect of the contents of this agreement and there after if the terms of your employment are acceptable. Please sign and return the copy of this letter signifying your acceptance of the terms offered.
