Bar Back Food Runner

Objective: To obtain a position as a bar back or busser where I can utilize my acquired skills to prepare and serve mixed drinks, cocktails and beer in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications: I am highly organized, motivated, adaptable and responsible. I have a total of 10 years’ experience in high volume bars, night clubs and restaurants.

· Collect empty glasses and ensure there is plenty of clean glass wear.

· Re-stock bartender serving stations with juices, liquor, beer, wine, ice, straws and

napkins as necessary.

· Cut all fruit and garnishes that will be needed for the night.

· Maintaining the premises clean and prepare lounge for the next day’s shift.

· Provide prompt, efficient, friendly and quality service at all times.

· Assist the bartenders during rushes by serving drinks.

La Boheme Restaurant – June 2012 – February 2014

Food Runner Hollywood, CA

· Assist the serve by ensuring the order meets the quality restaurant standards.

· Assist the serve by taking food orders from the kitchen to guest tables to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

· Collect empty dishes and restock the kitchen with clean dishes.

· Clean kitchen and dining areas to keep all prep areas safe, efficient and up to code.

· Communicate with each part of the kitchen staff to ensure the customer’s order is being filled correctly.

· Ensure that empty tables are readily available to receive new guests.

· Remove dirty dishes, clean seats, sanitize the table and vacuum surrounding floor when needed.

· Assist the server by refilling drinks for guests. · Polish glass wear and silver wear.
