Head Cashier

My job duties to help the customers check out as a Cashier and made sure they were able to find everything they needed in the store, made sure the front end and fitting rooms were nice and clean, put clothing and go backs on the floor. Helped the warehouse taking merchandise out of the truck, helped getting the merchandise ready to put out on the floor. I also worked my way up as a Head Cashier, my job duties were to make sure all the cashiers were getting there job done and made sure the store was clean. I also prepared deposits and took to bank. Branch Manager 2003-2012

I started working as a Customer Service Represenative. My job duties were to greet the customers once they walked inside our office, Ialso verified and helped filling out the applications. I would also pull credit. I worked on making collection calls and calling delinquent accounts, I would also help the customers in anyway i could to help bring them current or giving them options to what we were able to help them out with. I then worked my way up to an Assistant Manager, my job duties were to work with Bankrupties and REPO accounts, I also had to work with the courts for legal process of getting our customers served and start Garnishing from their paychecks. I would prepared the writs of garnishments myself, i then i worked my way up and became a Branch Manager my job duties as a Branch manager were to make sure everyone in the office was working as a team and that we all get our job duties done, and to meet our Branch goals every day. I would also get the deposits ready everyday to run to the bank. I would open and close the branch and made sure we all balanced at the end of the day. Every morning we would have a small meeting before starting work on what we needed to get done and what were our goals and what we needed to do to meet those goals. Then i would give everyone their own assignments. We also did door knocking which means going out to the customers house and making contacts with them when their account was delinquent and collecting payments. Payroll Assistant 2012-2015

I was Assisted with Payroll and made sure the timesheets and hours were properly updated for payday. I was also answering phone calls and directing them to the proper department, filing and counting tickets, updating the tickets on system, handed out Employees paycheck personally every Friday. Helped filling out applications for employees and updated there information on the system, took copies of their documents sent faxes over when needed. Opened and closed the office, made sure the office was kept nice and clean.

Tester Technician

I was a Tester Technician in the Test Lane Department. I was responsible for Processing/Auditing units and Data collection. I made sure that the correct software was installed, after that we would sent it to the next department in HI-POT the unit there gets tested using High voltage being sent through the unit and make sure everything is properly working once that has passed, We sent it to the warehouse for shipping. I worked my way up in being the Lead to my Department in Provisioning, I also made sure we had the appropriate safety tools to use for work and the proper clothing and making sure everyone followed the rules for safety. Trained new employees in our department, I was also responsible for doing validations reviews every 3 months on employees.
