A little far to this; I was PHCU director at Raya Azebo woreda. In both positions, I have been acting managerial and technical roles; information management and learning; technical support and capacity building; conduct qualitative/quantitative gap assessments, evaluation and supportive supervision. On top of this, I was also working under woreda health promotion and disease prevention case team and Clinical attachments with patients (OTP, SC, EPI,MCH,VCT,ART,servilance,) Adults and under five OPDs at Balla health center for 2 years. To sum up I have almost 8 years experience on health Related implementation and management. And at world vision Ethiopia I have 2 years experience at World Vision Ethiopia as CP/GBV Case worker GAC project& Food distribution supervisor .

Professionally, I have Master of public health & management degree & BSc Degree in nursing from millennium University; and surgical nurse from mekelle university Moreover, I have taken Basic and refresher trainings on health and nutrition including recent updated CMAM and IYCF guidelines in Practice, TSFP, Adolescent Reproductive health, Infection prevention, Gender based violence(GBV), WASH, ART,VCT IMNCI, National HIV prevention, care and treatment, livelihood, child care in Emergency, eHMIS, Logistics and supply chain management, M & E and have conducted various organizational performance quality assurance assessments.

Through the above experiences on top of my professional skill I have developed the ability to work with others as a team in a hardship situation, closely working with communities, solving work problems, Financial and physical organizational skills, data management, effective use of resources, excellent statistical and narrative report writing skills.
