Multi-tasking and time management is a must have skill to have while working here due to all the tasks that must be completed before the shift ends. In the Technology department, I gained good product knowledge and product memorization. Having these skills aid in being able to sell different devices and products to customers and being able to answer specific questions/issues customers may have. Being a sales associate primarily focuses on being able to sell a product to customers and having a good grasp on product knowledge. I primarily have to work independently in order to be able to assist customers one on one. Advertising new products and giving insight on limited deals to sell to customers is also part of the job position I have.
