DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Through inbound and outbound calls, coordinate with examinees and network facilities to schedule various medical examinations as requested by client. Follow multiple scheduling protocols for each client. Through inbound calls, receive and find solutions to facility and examinee scheduling issues. Utilize different computer systems to research and identify issues preventing scheduling. Work individually with select network facilities to coordinate block scheduling when appropriate. Assist other departments with routine administrative duties or obtaining missing exam components as needed.
