Primary responsibility is to provide maintenance, installation and repair support to the students, faculty and staff of St. Mary’s College. Our group is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing various physical attributes of the campus buildings, offices and dormitories. These items include, but are not limited to, things such as doors, windows, ceiling tile, flooring, gutters, roofing, stairs, desks, chairs, cabinetry and shelving. I am also responsible for observing all safety concerns and using the appropriate personal protective equipment as guided by OSHA safety standards and procedures.

Primary duties are to manage and supervise the Utilities department which supports the Front Of House operations.
