● Work as production personal on various offshores and swamp locations, like Okan, meren, Abiteye, Parabe, etc. Well testing, choke replacement, well sampling and equipment calibrations, safely checks and sets points.
● Work as a work team leader, ensuring the identification of hazards and the implementation of controls to manage the associated risks with a special focus on permit to work and Isolation procedures.
● Carry out installation of BPV, VR plugs beans with the respective lubricators and equipment.
● Carry out repairs, replacement, and maintenance on various types of trees like Cameron, vetgo gray, kervener, FMC etc.
● Carry out repairs, replacement, and maintenance on different types of automated valves, both pneumatics and hydraulic eg. Cameron, AVA kervener, Vetgo, gray, and FMC, OTIS, AXELSON.
● Carry out calibration and repairs on different instrument control panels, e.g CCU, AVA unit, Kervener, Test unit, FA, FB pilots, control switch.
● Function test, leak test and repair of all types of gate valves, bore valves, and replacement of the gate and seats.
● Carry out safety check and recalibrations on instrument panel and emergency shut down system.
● Perform monthly integrity checks on all dedicated safety equipment and ensure that they are functioning properly.
● Report all observations promptly all follow up on all unclosed issues.
