Managed and directed the daily Customer Service Operation in Live Flights, Ramp Operations, and With Team Strength of 20 employees per flight. This includes International / Domestic arrivals and departures, passenger service, Transfer baggage, Cabin appearance functions. Also resolving customer issues, complaints and ensuring that all security rules are being followed.

Assist misconnected and rerouted passengers during irregular operations; issue travel and hotel vouchers to displaced passengers on overbooked or cancelled flights.

Address and resolve escalated customer concerns, and assist agents to resolve complex Visa regulations.

Communicate changes in company rules and procedures, and mentor staff to improve performance and efficiency.

Coordinate and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with standard operating procedures, employee standards, and ISAGO and airport requirements.
