Clinical Supervisor Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT) Program
Intensive Case Management/Therapy sessions (IDDT August 2018 to present)
Supervisor/Team-Leader, clinical social worker to provide therapy sessions and intakes to clients.
Supervisor that Leads meetings every Wednesday and Thursday for the IDDT/Program and the meetings are with the therapist, case managers, peer recovery coach, nurse and psychiatrist, which includes clients diagnoses and when they were last seen and going over the client’s cases of their symptoms of their diagnoses and making sure that the clients are in good standing with their medications. Attending meetings 4 times a week with managements and administrations. Supported and encouraged the population served to reach their full potential. Coordinated and ensured consumer involvement in the Person-Centered Planning Process (PCP), self-determination, recovery and relapse prevention. Facilitated the implementation of Individual Plan of Service. Provided consultation to direct care staff regarding clinical and program issue, where applicable.
