I have over 15 years of experience successfully implementing ERP and other global finance and operations solutions throughout a full implementation lifecycle. To be successful, I have partnered with a cross-functional team made up of both internal and consulting leads along with all facets of the business from departmental subject matter experts, audit up to C-level executives. I have worked within the Microsoft partner channel as well as more recently as a customer of Microsoft and its partners. My focus has been with guiding ERP/finance system roadmaps, audits and integrations against a diverse group of industries from entertainment, media, energy, engineering, healthcare, automotive, technology and non-profit and most recently working with a list of portfolio companies through private equity acquisitions and divestitures. Within these past five years, I have been exposed strategically across all of our enterprise systems within the organization assisting leadership to organize, estimate, manage resources with priorities that align with the overall goals of the organization. I report proper KPI's to steering committees showing both status, risk, and mitigations, as well as overall ROI for leadership to decide on upcoming requests. Due to the nature of divestitures within the private equity firm, I also presented a segregated approach to managing SaaS ERP products but within a shared secured Azure tenant to allow strong security measures for corporate IT but with easy segregation of systems when a portfolio company was sold. I also manage the relationship for licensing and new products along with support escalations with Microsoft and our MS partners. As the larger implementations are winding down, new functionality, integrations, upgrades, IT/security audits and new legal entities within foreign regions have become the team’s focus. I am currently seeking a full-time position based within the New York City metro area. Initially performed all aspects of a full ERP selection with top vendors identified from Gartner. Visiting each of our portfolio companies I was able to create a comprehensive scorecard used to rate each vendor and solution. Once D365 was selected, I managed the SOW’s and both internal and external teams to rollout D365 F&O (which includes using PowerApps, Synapse/Data Lake, along with PowerBI reporting), completing 6 full life cycle implementations of D365 F&O all requiring MS product registrations via DevOps. After the instances were onboarded, multiple new legal entities being created. Key resource for all customization design approvals, was our goal was to first offer workarounds instead of immediately customizing any parts of the application. As the systems and organization matured, my role was less implementation and more with product management by both representing ERP for new integrations and new modules for process improvements. I managed relationships with our Microsoft partners and other ISV vendors. Support became a focus as well, where I was our point person for escalations before going up to CIO/CEO level. Participated in strategy/budget meetings (executive directives, resource priorities and budgets). The organization became focused on making sure all systems and new projects and budgets met the vision of the company, so ROI and budget became a primary focus with resourcing for new projects and support. Our team was the first US installation of the then new MS-Retail vertical for Dynamics.
