Implemented Strategic initiatives to support a Claims default investigations application converting to a .net database from an Access database that expanded from a 4 user base to a 80 user base in 2010 Financial Crisis for the company with a loss expense billing of 75MM annually. System was developed and updated over 2 year period. .Transferred all claim investigations imaging documents to 3rd party vendor for final opinion prior to final loss mitigation and claim loss payout.
Led the Redesign of the Policy Servicing prem processing application to upgrade the framework technology from VB6 to .NET and make improvements in the speed and efficiency of exception handling of payments and time to complete the batch payments with a matrix organization of resources, managing an annual budget of $750,000 for 2 years from scope planning to closure.
IT PM and IT Acct Mgr for Financial Services managing implementation of external 3rd party software upgrades including budget, general ledger and reporting tools that also integrated with other RMIC proprietary database reporting purposes. These tools included Cognos, Business Objects, Multiview and UPCS Software Packages which serviced over 80 corporate wide users.
