Field Depot Coordinator Full-time (40hrs per week)

Assisted USARC G4 and the Program Manager / Assistant Program Manager/Project Manager with monthly depot maintenance status reports to the customer by serial numbers through the Maintenance Readiness Matrix.

Supported (3) Major Support Commands (MSCs) in managing Modification Work Orders (MWOs) and Safety Of Use Messages (SOUM) within the MMIS database.

Identified assets by serial number for induction into the Depot Rebuild Program; Inducted over 150 pieces of equipment and tracked candidates from origination to completion in a detailed spreadsheet.

United States Army Fort Liberty, NC November 2018 – November 2022

Senior Maintenance Supervisor Full-time (40hrs per week)

Utilized GCSS-Army in order to monitor and build maintenance service plans, review work orders, check repair parts statuses, track recoverable parts turn-ins, and review the brigade’s maintenance Equipment Status Report (ESR).

Led a cross-functional motor pool department supervising the daily operations and administrative requirements of a 500-person company consisting of 7 functional teams and 16 operations managers while reducing $23M in contractor expenditures over the span of 2,800 repair projects.

Served as a Command Maintenance and Discipline (CMDP) evaluator for the Brigade Support Operations (SPO) and completed 20 Staff Assisted Visits (SAV), and 20 CMDP inspections greatly increasing the Brigade’s operational readiness.

Increased workflow efficiency by 50% by incorporating lean office practices into the daily shop workflow, conducting personnel assessments, and assigning employees to positions specifically suited to their strengths.
