• Responsible for all technical assistance requests from the public, health centers, providers, special interest groups, and patients.
• Responsible for quarterly updates and edits to the California Telehealth Reimbursement Guide with up-to-date laws, regulations, billing codes and information on coverage from health plans, managed care plans, and Medicare for virtual visits.

• Developed and managed the Ampla Health Telehealth Program. I was responsible for all oversight and activities of the program and staff including onboarding potential providers, contract negotiations, credentialing, provider and staff training, and performance reviews.
• Expanded specialty care services to thirteen rural health clinics with twelve different specialty types in conjunction with UC Davis, UC San Diego, UC Irvine, UC Berkeley, The MAVEN Project, and eight independent mental health providers.
• Created and implemented new billing models for virtual visits at thirteen clinic locations using unique billing models based on geographical restrictions and the individual needs of each clinic.
• Exceeded the program’s three-year goal of increasing access to mental health services to over a thousand patients in less than two years and created a sustainable program generating revenue.

• Developed a new protocol for diabetic patients to receive diabetic retinopathy testing on site during a primary care appointment.
