Sacramento Management Company, Sacramento, CA June 2008 - September 2009 Established workflow processes, monitored daily productivity, and implemented modifications to improve overall performance of personnel. Assisting owners with setting the right rent amount to ensure the property is occupied by quality tenants, collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and help with the eviction process. I also performed routine and preventive maintenance, hiring vendors to help with tasks, regular inspections, and writing/delivering notices. Lastly, I was responsible for collecting and depositing rent checks to th bank weekly.

Volunteering
Since 2011, I have been an active volunteer at the schools my children attend. Volunteer roles include parent group leadership, class parent duty, and reading and math education. I usually have a small group of children that I teach math and reading to that are higher advanced. I am in the classroom at least twice a week helping higher learners to be challenged and lower learners to catch up. I have also organized fundraisers and events for Sutterville Preschool and Franklin Elementary.
