Engineering Director/Document Control Manager

Establish four new container platforms for the company.

Designed new aluminum extrusions for current and new ULD units

Developed new die designs to allow the thermal forming panels to be tighter and better fit for the final product.

Designed new die extrusions and machined corners to create dies for pressing thermal plastic panels. These dies cleaned up old issues and reduced the die changing from a week to less than three hours.

Created a new PDM workflow to automate the CO process and reduce paperwork.

Worked with production to create a 5S environment to streamline and reduce cost of production.

Designed new fixtures for production to reduce handling of the materials and reduce production time.

Created new parts for injection molding, thermoforming, caps, and panels, plastic extrusions, casting parts.

Created manuals for assembly and maintenance.

Created labeling fixtures board for applying labels to the panels before they are packed up for shipping.

Development of new products for both active and non-active thermal containers

Developed new thermal soft doors for both R5 and R10 containers. Also, hard composite thermal doors, both single and double door hinges.

Managed document control for release on materials and documents.

Designed several new parts that were patented through the company.
