Thomas Holt has over 45 years of experience in real estate development, construction management, commercial property management, and agribusiness. He is currently the managing member of three companies focused on residential and commercial real estate near the Texas Gulf Coast.

Through these companies, Mr. Holt handles all aspects of real estate projects including locating properties, securing financing and permits, overseeing plans and budgets, and acting as general contractor during construction. Once completed, he manages the properties, renting out units and operating facilities. In addition to his real estate work, Mr. Holt has decades of experience in large-scale farming and continues to expand his agricultural land holdings. From 1999-2013, Mr. Holt worked at Pavecon as the Production Coordinator for their Houston division. He helped turn around failing operations there, growing profits through improved production, cutting fraud, and developing field reporting technology. Mr. Holt remains actively involved in new business pursuits focused on real estate and construction opportunities arising from industrial expansion in the Gulf Coast region. He also contributes expertise to a condominium building committee and has explored international projects.
