• After leaving Mission Builders I decided that I would like to go back to running my own company I opened doors for All American Builders LLC soon after and started taking on projects First Year All American Builders LLC took off like a rocket even with Covid restrictions New home construction in Prineville with remodels all over Central Oregon I was up to 20 employee's and noticed I spent more time holding Employee's hands through projects than originally anticipated I was spending the majority of time either walking employees through installation of products or chasing materials for these projects I soon started to release employee's due to ability to show to work or quality and performance.
