As the Mailroom Supervisor for Antrak Ghana on contract to Standard Chartered Bank Ghana, I was in charge of 21 employees. My role was to make sure the mailroom run smoothly, data on all documents that came in and out of the Mailroom were properly documented into the data base for easy tracking and record keeping. All documents were treated with the sensitivity and compliance that bank documents required. Clients of the bank were met with professional courtesy and their concerns routed to the relevant departments.
As an Office Administrator, I performed all the necessary administrative support tasks. I facilitated and provided aid to the team of employees to ensure they were capable of carrying out their duties efficiently.I worked to provide quality service to the management, and the companies clients. I understood that this meant working collectively and well with other personnel in the company.
