Vice President, Sales Execution 2023 – 2024

Leader of a company-wide Specialist Presenter group sales program, responsible for the day-to-day operations that grew sales from $19M to $1.5B, annually.

Discovery program initiatives successfully converted trial members to full-timeshare ownership owners.

Grew national operations to a robust Team of more than 400 Specialist Presenters.

Responsible for providing a better guest experience while raising sales efficiencies.

Led the Specialist Presenter & Discovery programs with a Team of 7 Directors and increased overall revenue & efficiencies year-over-year including significantly higher incremental revenue as compared to customers not attending the group presentations.

Oversaw budgeting, curriculum, collateral, and training for the Presenter and Discovery programs leading to consistent yearly growth across the enterprise.
