Arnold Road Bridge Replacement Provided QC and Safety oversight for the replacement of a 50ton bridge spanning 60ft over an environmentally protected estuary. The project included Abutment replacement, approach reconstruction and paving, and a critical lift plan.
Paving Job Order Contract Managed QC and Safety and tracked Change Orders development and execution. Various task orders ranging from new construction of parking lots and roadways, milling and repaving, slurry coating and sealing.
Managed Aegis Laboratory Expansion project budgeted for $4.13M laboratory construction, conducting training on rooftop construction, and overseeing environmental testing to ensure compliance.
●Oversaw demolition and renovation project valued at $3M, reviewing demolition plans to provide solutions for environmental issues and developing a recycling plan that saved the Navy $150K in construction costs.
