Coordinate equipment, systems, environmental, and quality control testing, maintaining logs and reports on all inspections and tests. Liaise with subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to verify that all equipment and other materials meet regulatory and specification needs, evaluating and resolving any issues. Victoria Gate Expansion $6,000,000 a Heavy Civil construction project to include Demolition, Drainage, Paving, Curbs and Gutters, Structural, and extensive electrical distribution system.

Arnold Road Bridge Replacement Provided QC and Safety oversight for the replacement of a 50ton bridge spanning 60ft over an environmentally protected estuary. The project included Abutment replacement, approach reconstruction and paving, and a critical lift plan.

Paving Job Order Contract Managed QC and Safety and tracked Change Orders development and execution. Various task orders ranging from new construction of parking lots and roadways, milling and repaving, slurry coating and sealing.

Managed Aegis Laboratory Expansion project budgeted for $4.13M laboratory construction, conducting training on rooftop construction, and overseeing environmental testing to ensure compliance.

●Oversaw demolition and renovation project valued at $3M, reviewing demolition plans to provide solutions for environmental issues and developing a recycling plan that saved the Navy $150K in construction costs.

●Supervised pool repair project valued at $2M, maintaining regulatory compliance for all equipment and reducing water loss from 26K gallons per week due to leakage, to 2K to evaporation.

Developed two 5000 square-foot buildings for Detail Sasebo Japan, organizing the project from demolition of existing structures to basis of design (BOD) for the pre-engineered buildings within a $9K budget.

Advised command on integrating accident and disaster preparation functions into organization policies and procedures. Coordinated with local authorities on disaster response operations, providing training for nuclear, biological, and chemical (NBC) warfare defense by incorporating hazard awareness, individual protection, decontamination, and mission restoration procedures. Maintained NBC defense equipment, ensuring compliance with Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements. Recovered $800K in missing inventory through an inventory system redesign.

Projects ranged from unimproved roads maintenance, paved road repairs with asphalt and concrete paving methods, contractor laydown yard grading and construction, and construction and remodeling of buildings and restroom facilities.
