IAI - A330-300 Cargo Conversion

Trained myself and small design team on how to laser scan the OEM existing structure and post process .stl files into useable CAD data using Catia’s REE, DSE and QSR modules. C^3 - A320 Cargo Conversion

Lead a 10-person design team to reverse engineer and model the OEM structure. Subcontracted and supervised laser scanning of fwd and aft nonconstant sections of the A320- 200 OML. Refined raw .stl and offsets to define the Master Geometry IML surface. Organized and supervised various other interior scans and post processed data to provide baseline OEM structures. Designed the surround structure for the new MDCD and CED. Designed all the constant and non constant section rolled and stretch formed skins and doublers, detail and installation drawings. Supervised offsite contractors to develop the co-pilot cockpit egress. Organized and presented all areas of responsibility to customers and clients for sales and marketing as well as our internal ITCM, PDR, CDR meetings. GE Aviation - 747-200 & - 400 Engine Pylon for Flying Test Bed Developed the Master Geometry Aero Surfaces for the Vertical and Horizontal Pylons. Designed lower cargo hold access portal 2-piece interlocking floor beams. Designed compact ship stairs and articulating deployment and retraction system. Designed 3D printed duct with FAR 25.853 approved material. Performed volume calculations to maintain 98% equivalent airflow for morphing transition. Implemented white laser scan comparative overlay analysis with 3D model for 8130 conformity. Designed composite actuator covers, ECS ducts, tooling, process spec, detail and installation drawings for the Main Deck Cargo Door. Designed electrical and mechanical systems routing brackets.

Founded Venture Composite where I built composite MDCD Actuator covers for Cargo Planes. Developed prototype composite window plug for 757 P2F conversions. Developing high speed, adjustable geometry bicycle.

Sold Snowboard mfg. company to Sisco Ltd. Moved to Shaoxing China to set up manufacturing facility.

Founded Artifact Snowboards where I manufactured snowboards, skis and skateboards for several O.E.M’s. In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities of running a business, marketing, negotiating contracts, hiring, training, scheduling employees, research and development, I also designed and fabricated, in house, all my own tooling, dies, molds and presses. Created novel design incorporating Carbon and Basalt Rock Fiber matrix lamination schedules. Manufactured over 17,000 snowboards. Sponsored amateur riders that competed in and won several Slalom and Boarder Cross events against Burton and Sims team riders. Computer Skills:
