Assists vendors with medical claim status by researching, reviewing and providing current payment information to the vendor in a professional and caring manner.

Handles an unlimited and heavy call volume on a daily basis by researching HCFA/1500 and UB04’s that includes mill bill, unauthorized, and authorized medical claims in support of all veterans. Utilizes FBCS, CPRS, Vista web, 24 months tracker, outlook, excel and vista programs, including training to better serve our veterans and vendors. This includes knowledge of electronic claims and batch management. Resource Management Assistant-40 hrs. Ridgeland, MS

Collaborated with various USDA officials in the Jackson, MS District Office and other sites.

Managed and act as liaison on all leave requests (involving LWOP and advanced leave) for 1200 plus field and staff employees; handled over 40 leave requests on a weekly basis. Managed, processed, and coordinated all annual and sick leave requests throughout the approval process on behalf of the District Office, also collaborated with the Deputy District Managers, supervisors, and employees daily.
