Strategy/Marketing/ Account Management Experience
In 2012, I started working for the TTEC program for Facebook/Meta. I started out working with potential businesses to spend $1,500 a month on Facebook. This evolved to a Client Partner to set up their campaigns and initial ad strategies. As time evolved over the next 4 years, I then moved into a Senior Account Manager role where I worked directly with the Toronto, Canada office. My job was to work with established clients like Costco of Canada and the Vancouver Canucks, develop a strategy for a 30-90 day period. If the client reactivated with new campaigns, the Toronto office would go out on site to meet them.
In 2018, I worked again for TTEC for a 6 month program to work with E-Commerce clients. In the meantime as that program was delayed I worked as the main agency contact for the Meta program. My job was to go over strategies to help these agencies with their clients. The average about clients these agencies had was between 10-500 clients across the United States.
