How We Calculate Your Balance. We use a method called “average daily balance (including new transactions).”
Prime Rate. Variable APRs are based on the Prime Rate. The APR for Purchases and Cash Advances may vary and will be determined by adding a base rate to the highest U.S. Prime Rate appearing in the “Money Rates” section of any edition of The Wall Street Journal published on the 25th day of each month. If publication is not made on that day, then the Prime Rate on the next business day will be used. The APR may increase or decrease each month if the Prime Rate changes. If the APR increase, you will pay a higher interest charge and may pay a higher minimum payment. The Prime Rate is simply an index and is not the lowest interest rate available. The Oportun® Visa® Credit Card cardholder agreement will be provided upon account opening.

We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
