I have a Bachelor’s degree of Human Resource Management from Makerere University. Being an HR Generalist with over 5 years’ hands on experience in the dispensation of Human Resources and Administration Management working with different donor in reputable International Non-Governmental organization and private entities. Currently, spearheading the implementation of HR policies, workforce planning, recruitment and talent development with inclusion, compensation and benefits administration, diversity and gender as a cross cutting issue. I have worked both at senior and junior levels to manage, develop, coordinate and support HR operations and administration department to improve on staff welfare, manage the recruitment and selection processes, performance management, HR monthly payroll updates, data management both electronic and hardcopy staff information, preparing budgets, compliance and feedback mechanisms, staff engagement and commitment through forming rewards and sanctions committees. Coordinates the implementation of the human resources strategy and other related initiatives in collaboration with the global human resources and other RTV countries operations

Provides support to the leadership team in developing the skills and capabilities of staff in various roles and functions through the implementation of training interventions.
