I have a Bachelor’s degree of Human Resource Management from Makerere University. Being an HR Generalist with over 5 years’ hands on experience in the dispensation of Human Resources and Administration Management working with different donor in reputable International Non-Governmental organization and private entities. Currently, spearheading the implementation of HR policies, workforce planning, recruitment and talent development with inclusion, compensation and benefits administration, diversity and gender as a cross cutting issue. Coordinates the implementation of the human resources strategy and other related initiatives in collaboration with the global human resources and other RTV countries operations
