EMPLOYMENT: 2010- 2014 Manatee Glens Corp: A/R Collections Specialist In charge of all incoming billing calls & collections of all self pay clients. Payment posting, A/R, preparing and sending out at least 4000 invoice and or bills each month and then call to collect on ones not up to date. Investigate why clients did owe monies, and contact these clients to collect. Address slow pay clients to correct late payment issues. Review orders requested to release compared to aging status and credit limit to determine if release is allowed.

Manage customer credit files, updating and reviewing based on credit policies to minimize risk and exposure.

Undertake projects as needed and directed to improve credit department processes and procedures.

Assist in monthly department reporting and various reporting of accounts receivables. Work internally with customer service, sales and other departments to identify and correct recurring client payment issues and ensure smooth workflow. Work days would start @ 5:30 am Mon-Fri getting exam rooms, surgery room and charts ready to start seeing patients @ 6 am. Prepare injections, set up for surgeries, take patients to their exam rooms and brief them of their visit.
