●Use barcode scanner, tagging equipment to label items in accordance with company guidelines.

Housekeeping/Cleaning

●Change bed linens, wash and iron patients' laundry, and clean patients' rooms.

●Maintain work station in clean and organized fashion to support effective operations.

●Clean and sanitize individual rooms and common areas of busy hotel using appropriate products and commercial cleaning equipment.

●Dispose of waste and chemicals in accordance with regulations and guidelines.

Personal Care/Nursing Assistant

●Administer prescribed oral medications under written direction of physician or as directed by home care nurse.

●Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, and problems in order to report and discuss observations with case manager or care team.

●Provide patients with help moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs or automobiles, and with dressing and grooming.

●Accompany clients to medical appointments and outings providing assistance and companionship.

●Recorded and charted vitals as well as fluid intake and output with attention to detail.
