PROFILE
Faith is a development systems facilitator and is always very much interested in being engaged productively with credible organizations and development efforts. His keen interest in seeing corporate institutions, programs and projects managed for real-time results (MfDR) through the instruments of deep-dive strategic planning and robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks that take every ounce of detail into account makes each promise of an engagement in the development sector of interest to him. Faith favors working with institutions that maintain platinum standards and globally relevant vision scopes. Faith manages teams having remarkable repute and amiable track records upheld by seasoned technical expertise. Faith has spent recent times leading multiple consortiums comprising partners and national governments across Africa and Asia to explore diverse development themes; and he recently served as a Lead Consultant (alongside some technical experts) in supporting Research through NTD MDA monitoring and Trachoma intervention monitoring and reporting for 138 LGs across 6 states and 6 Area Councils of FCT in Nigeria; while in other engagements, support via SMoH ISS collaborative input models (CIM) are also items. The foregoing being some of his most recent engagements, Faith has in times past, managed Systems Strengthening, Information Communication and Advocacy Programs and M&E for projects in the areas of Health, WASH, Governance, Labour and Migration in Nigeria with some funded by reputable Organizations as IOM, BMGF, dRPC, CBM Global, SightSavers and/or the German Government Foreign Office. Faith makes bold to say his previous working experience makes him quite suitable for duty whether via corporate office engagements, field tasks or remote contract arrangements. His duties on successive engagements no doubt spread his reach to novel clientele and working scenarios; and so, Faith quite anticipates the extra experience, exposure and thrill derivable from each successive engagement.
In addition to his basic educational background in health sciences; Faith has had valuable and scope-widening experiences in strategic planning at federal and district levels as well as in electronic management of big data and reporting for Research and National Health Surveys as well as Global Campaigns. Faith has had some modestly copious exposure in governance reforms, policies and laws formulation, as well as development systems strengthening as derivative from consultancy engagements that he has had the privilege to facilitate; often involving advanced use of MS suite applications including Excel, Access, Sway, Publisher and Power BI among others. Apart from being astute and critical in reasoning; Faith has a timeless and proven passion for continuous process improvement: These, he believes, always help hit high productivity quotients and real time results as well as ensure a seamless maintenance of process on his end that keeps being innovative, dynamic and effective to keep all balls jogging.
While Faith remains a stickler for rules, corporate protocols and job specific TORs; he always looks forward to inspiring colleagues when come together for reviews and presentations on inputs, strategy and productivity indices. Faith looks forward to working with you.
