Key Accomplishments:
Set schedules every 2 weeks, keeping a consistent cadence for reporting. Author comprehensive reports and share progress and results with the company’s owner in Hong Kong.
Train and educate new assistants on all company policies and procedures relating to their position. Ensure 100% compliance to all job requirements and duties.
Rescue the project from falling behind schedule and becoming severely over budget. Cut costs in a variety of areas by eliminating unnecessary resources.
Secure all necessary permits, including those surrounding street and sidewalk closures. Quickly access and distribute permits, avoiding lost time and standstills in subcontractor services.
