OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT
We refer to our recent discussions and are delighted to confirm our offer of employment in the role of “ COMMI I CHEF ” with Finnroyal in Helsinki
,Finland. This letter sets out the basic parts of our offer. A full labour contract will be issued upon acceptance by the various authorities of your residency and labour permits. It is the policy of this company to provide labour contracts that has a specified term of two years – renewable after completing the term.
PROBATIONARY PERIOD In order for us to assess your suitability for the position and to allow you the opportunity to appraise whether this is a position in which you will feel comfortable, there will be a probation period of Six months. Within these six months if the Employee wishes to terminate the agreement then it has to be done with a minimum of two weeks of Notice period with a proper handover. Thereafter notice period will be one month.

MEDICAL
We offers Medical Insurance. Full details of the plan will be provided upon your joining the company.
HOLIDAY
You will be entitled to thirty (30) calendar days holiday per annum. This is calculated from your start date, and during the first six (6) months of employment you will not be entitled to take holiday. You will be entitled to one return ticket every two years to point of origin, economy class. Eligibility for your return ticket will be upon completion of a period of not less than twenty three (23) months of employment. Leave may be taken at any time however consideration of staff availability will prevail.
WORKING HOURS
Working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday with a one (1) day weekend off (Sunday).
OVERTIME
You will be eligible for overtime as per the company policy which will be explained in details upon joining
