Cisco Voice Engineer III – Department of Veteran Affairs - Atlanta, GA 5-2023 – Present
● Responsible for administration, configurations, and support of all Telecom and VoIP Systems, including but not limited to Unified Call Manager (PCCE), CUC, CUIC, Finesse, v12.5 and now v14.x
