• Working as Senior design engineer with the Mahle power train, Corporate Research & MITS to Research, Design & Develop new product such as Battery pack development, Defense Auxiliary power unit development, Windmill design, Light weight engine design, HVAC design.
• Currently working on Development of Auxiliary power unit for US Army Defense vehicle. It includes research on engine, selection of standard brought out part, mechanical calculations, Biss simulation, wiring harness design, 3d modelling and drafting.
• Successfully completed research on Hydrogen fuel cell, Battery pack design, Railway cooling, Hydrogen ICE engine, Ammonia as a fuel for ICE engine, Plastic and metal parts adhesive bonding.
• Handled Corporate research projects such as benchmarking of Hyundai Ioniq 5, Immersed battery pack design, Test bench design for HVAC, Research on Adhesive bonding between plastic and aluminum part.

Role: - Senior design Engineer.
• Worked as Senior design engineer with the technical teams to design rotary equipment – Mechanical seals which are used in Oil and gas industry, Pumps, Agitator, reactor and Chemical industry as per API std.
• Worked on special development projects such as Agitator test bed for testing & validation of Agitator seals and currently working on Api test rig for testing and validation of Api certified seals.
• Handling preparation of new seal testing & validation fixtures, Assembly fixtures & production fixtures required for new developments.
• Checked more than 500 component drawings of mechanical seals and 200+ general arrangement drawings.
• Executed R&D project successfully within given time such as validation of new shrink disc, new hand pump development, Agitator Test Bed
• Designed and drafted more than 1000 component drawings of mechanical seals such as gland plate, housing, drive collar and faces with zero errors.
• Prepared 300+ General arrangement and attachments layouts of mechanical seals to get approval from client. Dealing with mechanical calculations of seal components such as seal balance ratio, spring calculations, Axial Thrust on seal, Torque requirements of seal, Metal bellow free length & stretch, o'ring stretching calculations, new seal design, standardization of seal accessories for improving engineering efficiency.
• Handling seal failure analysis with service experts to overcome failures & improve quality of mechanical seals and reduce repetitive failures.
• Prepared various Google Excel sheets for calculations to reduce overall time & to improve mathematical calculations results with 100 % accuracy.

• Worked with the technical teams to design static equipments which are used in Oil and gas industry and Chemical industry.
• Designed and drafted more than 2000pressure vessel internals such as Tray, Distributor, packing support, demister and separators with zero errors by using Solid works.
• Prepared 200+ General arrangement and attachments layouts of pressure vessel to decide nozzle and vessel internals orientation and elevations.
• Dealt with mechanical strength calculations for vessel attachments supports like beam, angle and pipe clip by using ASME SECTION 8 DIVISION 1 and Nozzle size calculation and Pipe size calculation with flow and velocity calculations.
