The Nitrocellulose and Acid Recovery Plants are Designed by Czech Republic Engineering group, the unit will be capable to processing on an average 6 M-Ton per day production. I especially involved in Pre- commissioning and commissioning activities of Stabilization Units, Preparation of Mix Acid, Recovery of Acids from Spent acid.

TOTAL WORKING EXPERIENCE 09 YEARS AS PROCESS/SHIFT ENGINEER Responsibilities:

• Monitor plant operating parameters, its logging and coordination for any deviation to ensure safe plant operation and to improve process uptime and product quality.

• To responsible for making of Nitrocellulose plant, Preparation of mix acid with cooling process, Stabilization of Nitrocellulose, Pressure vessels and depressurization expansion- vessel.

• Maintain logbooks and operating log sheets recording temperature, pressure, flow rates and other activities taking place during the shift.

• Responsible for planned and unplanned rotary equipment change over.

• Supporting site activities as delegated by operation management including Emergency Response and shift responsibilities

• Identify and report plant unsafe conditions.

• Ensure housekeeping during normal plant operations and after maintenance activity performed.

• Understand the warehouse operational and transaction setups (Requisition generation, material withdrawal requests, lubricant, and chemical ordering).

• Responsible to respond to emergency conditions and taking necessary shutdown or process adjustment action to restore stable operating conditions in accordance with instruction of GM.

• To interact with control room operator as regards operational parameters of the area during regular operations, start-ups, and shutdown.

• During shift changes, supply all the necessary information to the next team to maintain or improve the plant performance.

• Inform immediately to the control room operator and operations lead about any abnormality.

• Safety handling and taking over of equipment’s for maintenance job.

• To inform all pending/in progress jobs to next shift. This paper mill provides innovative solutions of paper products with recycling paper and wood paper. Industry will be capable to the requirements of all type of papers.

• Handling of Pulp Refiners, vessels, Pulp storage Chest, Paper making Head Box and different type of Valves, Pumps and Dryer.

• Making of different types of special quality paper from wood pulp

• Making of low-grade paper from waste paper pulp and control its composition

• Preparation of log sheets and to follow HSE policies & regulations.

• Maintaining shift activities, Process requirements and achieving the Production targets.

• 06 Months internship as Lab Engineer under Punjab Youth internship program in Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology (ICET) in Punjab University Lahore, Pakistan.

• 04 weeks internship in chemical Lab and Plant activities on different stages like bleaching unit and wood paper pulp Refining at Al-Karam Paper Mill Pvt. Ltd. Sheikhupura, Pakistan.
