Manage the Houston, Texas territory for the General Motors Service Technology Group "Techline" Fix it Right the First-Time program. The program was designed to increase Customer Satisfaction.
Responsibilities include selling the division and the dealer on the program. The next phase we offered business consulting designed to increase the efficiency of the entire dealership. The result of this activity is to offer suggestions that could improve their daily activity to increase customer CSi. The programs success hinges on the support you get from the division and the dealership.

Accountable for the Houston, TX territory that includes the south Texas region for the General Motors Service Technology Group Techline products account.
My main responsibilities included sales and training of diagnostic computers to General Motor’s dealerships.
