Achievements:
Voluntarily conceptualized, researched, and implemented the change of the printing platform from black and white to 4 color output of 40 million pages per month. This resulted in:
Use of blank, white paper now made us flexible and more BCP compliant.
Provided top shelf marketing where advertising was now part of the billing statement. Ad page creation that used white space for bundling offers, FCC notices, coupons, and related advertising. This was combined/evolving SAP, and ERP communication efforts.
Saved the customer money and releasing liabilities of the many versions of FCC notices.
Better utilization of warehouse space that helped with capacity planning (MRP).
Trained new supervisors on processes, and procedures. Also, accountable for the hiring, timekeeping, and, and other supervisory functions while maintaining an in depth knowledge of HR resources. Positive reinforcement for a diverse work force, on both shifts, in efforts to maintain strong retention and development of employees, all while growing from 20 to 130 employees in 3 yrs.
Through needs analysis, continuously improved inventory system by creating warehouse utilization and other spread sheets that drastically reduced overhead of consumables and, outdated ads. This positively impacted the MRP/ capacity planning by 22%.
Proactively reached out to the Omaha team, to develop a QC initiative with better tracking of waste and mistakes. This created transparency and initiated an average of 99.8% quality efficiency, while meeting all SLAs for diversified clients that went on for 14 years.
Creative production scheduling, for example: when the Omaha plant was overloaded, we’d often take on the overflow of cycles and met SLAs: Experience in BCP compliance testing.
