Sr Payroll Specialist- (Consultant)
●Received manual timesheets for all union staff in multiple buildings and locations from Mgmt. teams- NY and NJ on a weekly basis. Compared them to the ADP time and attendance-(E-time) system to make sure hours matched on timecards that were in the system. Adjusted and uploaded time and attendance file to ADP WFN payroll. Once reviewed was submitted. Provided instructions to employees on how to clock in and out from their phones or desktops.
●Loaded all I-Reports to Share drive once payroll was processed. Other reports: Allowed and taken reports/new hires/terms and calcs for union workers accrued time. I sent funding figures to A/P dept to enter in the G/L.

Payroll/HR Union Manager- (FT Perm)
●Managed 1 Payroll Administrator and 80 buildings- about 62 union buildings/and 12 non-union in NYC on ADP WFN system about 500 employee’s weekly payrolls. Handled all onboarding in ADP and verified I-9 I.D.’s. End to end payroll processing included: all change forms for: wage changes/garnishments/ deductions/ tax exemptions/ direct deposit/transfers and terminations for all employees exempt/hourly.
● Managed all 32BJ monthly union dues/ BCI -benefits and 401K payments on ESS. Enrolled employees into ESS systems. Handled union contract increases, and all union audits- saving the company over $250,000 and leaving zero balance at the end of 2021. Built and maintained strong relationships with both internal teams and external vendors. Direct communication with 32 BJ reps. Communicated directly with the RAB about contract questions for employees. Direct contact with all Managers and Supers of the buildings.

Payroll Manager- FT Perm
●Solely provided complete leadership for corporate and clients payroll function of this Real Estate Management Co, multi-state, and multi-company codes for about 300 employees- exempt/non-exempt. Managed about 50 emps union-lo 32BJ and lo 94 on Paychex, later converted to ADP WFN.
●Weekly union dues and monthly benefit payments and union audits. Processed bonuses and commissions monthly for our sales personnel according to completed contracts and reviews of broker splits and invoices. Collaborated with property managers and human resources for improvements in work procedures.
● Provided all payroll reports for funding and j/e entries monthly to Accounting and MIS system. Management reports as needed. Answered employee questions and provided resolution. Provided better methods and systems for payroll processing. Set up new State/unemployment I.D.’s for new locations.
Managed implementation to ADP WFN from Paychex. Negotiated and saved the company $20,000 in this transition for a more efficient and robust ADP WFN Payroll/HR/GL system.
