Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee the production process to meet production targets and customer demand. Allocate resources accordingly, and monitor production activities to ensure timely and efficient output.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all processes and products meet specified quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies within the factory.
